Use of Two devices for one account.

Hi,

I am extremely want to remain my account active.

I know to remain active  24 hours in UPWORK is too necessary.  So I want to carry my laptop with me. 

Question is- 

Can I use my account both to my desktop and laptop under separate internet connections (while I will use my Laptop that time my desktop will remain off)?
