No one thinks you are making it up. Scammers do this quite often. I'm sure a moderator will be along to take down the info. Unfortunately Upwork doesn't have the power to police what people do on other sites, but fortunately people like you are wise enough to recognize that it's a proposal to commit fraud. Thanks for letting us know.
