I use Upwork from my PC. My brother also wants to use a new Upwork account from that PC. I want to know, can multiple Upwork accounts be used from one PC? Can multiple upworks be used from one browser ?

Also your account will be suspended then you need to done verification again, with your brother.

I think a separate Windows (or whatever OS) account can solve the single tracker problem.
