Hello,
I'm having a problem with my VAT charges. My VAT number has been approved by UpWork and I have received an email stating that I will not be charged VAT by Upwork and UpWork will print "VAT Reverse Charged" on my invoices.
That hasn't happened yet... and I wanted to just clarify if that means I will be returned the VAT taxes or not.
