VAT Charged Incorrectly

Hi Upwork Community,

I am an Indian citizen and have been residing in India since I have started working on Upwork. 

Recently, I changed my country for the UK a week or so to do some testing on Upwork and hence has been charged the VAT in my earnings. I would be happy to show my Passport to verify. May you please resolve the query and refund the VAT which has been deducted?
