VAT ID not approved

Hi,

I'm having a problem with VAT number. I entered it 3 times and always receive email that it wasn't accepted. I checked VIES and copy pasted the VAT number. The VAT number is 100% correct but it wasn't approved by your system. I have a screen shot if is needed. Can you help me?
