VAT Number not approved

Hello,

I entered my company VAT ID in Settings -> Tax information. It did not pass Upwork verification though. It is a valid EU VAT-ID, it appears in VIES system too. I need assistance to get my VAT-ID verified.

VAT Number of Jurist Person Company Business Entity  not approved  for Upwork Agency account 
Hello dear Upwork team, 
i have similar issue 

 i have registered an agency profile on upwork tied to a business entity with tax number and vat id number
i saw a warning text notification toast -  in profile asking me to update my tax information 

- i have entered my company VAT ID in Settings -> Tax information
i have also entered the tax number of the company 

But in settings Upwork verification shows always in VAT section  "not approved".
It is a valid EU VAT-ID, it appears in VIES system too. I need assistance to get my VAT-ID verified.  Please assist me in this step.
