VAT Still not approved despite following advice of customer support

Hi, I have an issue with my EU VAT number which has been verified several times on VIES. I reached out and Upwork customer support replied with this: **Edited for community guidelines**

I have followed the advice but still my number gets rejected. Any assistance will be great.
