VAT for Swedish client

Hello,

I am currently working for a Swedish client here on UPWORK. I residing in Sweden, not yet VAT registered here since I moved here recently. My address details in the UPWORK account are set to Sweden.

As a Swedish business supplying services to someone in Sweden I understand I need to charge VAT. 

How can this be done via UPWORK? I understand UPWORK doesn't charge clients any VAT, so will I have to send them a separate invoice outside of UPWORK?
