VAT for UK clients

I would like to know if I will charge VAT to my UK based clients. I am based in the UK. My query is not about the upwork fee - I know VAT is charged on upwork fee.Let's say, I complete a project of £100 for a client. Will I charge VAT and raise invoice for £120 for this client? I usually do this for the clients who directly work with me. My company is registered for VAT in the UK.
