VAT is deducted from my account since last 2 months.

Hello Guys,

From last 2 months VAT is deducted from my account and I have raised complaint about it but still its not resolve and upwrok continuously deduct the VAT from my account , I have already riched 8 times for customer support but every time they told me technical team is working on it, I don't know what quality of technical team upwork have , but its really pain now .

Can anyone please suggest me what should I need to do now?

That is on the money earned under your agency by the freelancer in Holland?  Holland being in the VAT zone...
