VAT number not approved

Hello,

I received second message from UpWork that my taxpayer information could not be verified. I'm sure that informations that I've provided are correct. Please look at print screens below that confirms informations provided in my UpWork Profile and on my country/EU websites:

Can you tell my, why I can't get VAT tax information approval? Thank you for any help.
