VPN solution usage while the Upwork tracker is on

Hi Upwork team,

One of my clients is asking me to use a VPN solution (OpenVPN client) to get access to production servers. I'm located in Russia, servers are located in Australia. So my question is:

Is it permitted to use VPN solutions while the Upwork tracker is on?
Is any possibility to get banned?

Yes, of course it is.If any questons arise, Upwork may contact you to verify there hasn't been any unauthorised access to your account, ut people use VPN all the time.
