Vectors from image banks

Hello everyone!

I havea question about images and vectors you get from subscritpion image banks.

Upwork terms and conditions stipulate all images have to belong to the client, what do you do if you are using images from a subscription site that allows you to use those images in a project you are being paid for professionally, but they still do not "belong" to the client as such.

Hi Mariette,

Section 6.2 of the Optional Contract Terms contains information about this. You and your client can use these terms provided in Upwork ToS if you'd like or you can discuss and agree on different terms.
