Verification Portal link not working

I received email Upwork found irregular activity in my account. After that, they sent me a verification portal link. But the link is not working. 

I tried clearing cookies, caches and sessions but did not work. So I contacted upwork. They said to confirm the login status. But I tried all with the logged in status. I tried to goto the verification portal link on other browsers and still did not work.

Upwork gave me a new secure link but still empty page loading.
