When I to login my account if says to verify it via email (because I entered wrong password couple of time) but I am not receiving any emai inspite of sending it multiple times.
Can somebody please help me with this.

Same problem over here. No email in any folder and I have followed the steps that support has given others to no avail. Presently the system says I've reached my confirmation email limit.
Our team just checked this from our end and all emails were successfully delivered to your email address. Please wait for an hour or two as it may have a delay in receiving them on your end. Thank you!
You should be able to reinstate your access using the steps provided in the email that was sent to you. If you didn't get the email, please clear your cache and cookies or access your Upwork home page from another browser and then select the "Please re-send that verification email" link or you can also choose to change the email address, and have the verification email sent to the new email address.
Similar issue here as well. Created an account while posting a job at the same time. When I was asked to verify my email, there was no email.
I've confirmed the address was entered correctly
I've checked all folders in my email including spam
I've hit re-send confirmation and reached my limit

I am having the same problem. I need to "verify my email to proceed" however I have not recieved any emails to verify! I have resent it multiple times and have checked spam and junk folders over and over. Can I get some help please? What else can I do?
We will be happy to assist you with this, can you please first confirm you've entered the email address correctly and lastly use the option to change the email address you provided if you are still having issues.
Afterwards, Please resend the email one more time, check your inbox and spam folder, check the settings for your email provider and make sure emails from Upwork aren't being blocked.

I was contacted by Upwork techincal team however the issue wasn't solved. From which domain should I receive the confirmation email? If it is upwork.com then you need to fix the SPF record on the domain and make sure the server complies to RFC 5321.
I cannot publish an adv because I cannot verify my email address. I have added upwork as secure domaine, I have checked my spam folder, I have clicked the link to re-send the verification email. Then, I have changed the email address using a gmail email address but no luck. I have checked the spam folder and added upwork.com as secure domaine. No luck. Could you please assist?
I am sorry but this doesn't help. the issue is on your ends. I have tried with different email addresses and different providers. On of them is gmail, so definitely the issue is not the provider. Any chance to get verified manually?

I'm having a similar problem. I created an account but accidentally put a typo in my email address. Every time I enter my correct email in the "change my email" field and then hit "Update & Resend," I get an error that says, "This almost never happens, but something went wrong. Please try again later or contact customer support for assistance." I've also just tried to give up on my original account and create a new one with the right email address, but I get the same error code when I try to send a verification email for my new account.
Also, the link for customer support on the error code just redirects back to the email verification page, so I don't have any way of creating a new ticket. This is especially frustrating because I'm trying to start a new gig with a new employer.
This usually happens if there is already an account with this email address but it may have been closed. Could you please click on my name and send me a private message with the email address you are trying to use?
I am also having the same issue as everybody else in this thread. I have definitely entered the correct email address, I have re-sent the email on multiple occasions and I have triple checked my spam/trash folders in case the email had slipped through the net. Would it be possible for a member of the team to manually verify my email address please?
