Verification email not received

Hi dear,

I didn't receive any verification email even after re-sending it so many times
Can you please help me with this ?

I've been trying to verify my email but when I click on the button I don't get anything in my inbox. I've checked my junk/spam inbox and nothing there either.

I checked and the confirmation email was sent to your email successfully. Make sure you've entered the email address correctly and lastly use the option to change the email address you provided if you are still having issues. Afterwards, Please resend the email one more time, check your inbox and spam folder, check the settings for your email provider and make sure emails from Upwork aren't being blocked.

Hello. What I did is I changed the email to another email of mine. I received a verification email but since that's not my company email that I should be using with upwork I didnt confirm it rather I signed up again using my company email. This time when I reached the verification page I did receive an email. I got it working now. Thanks!

Receiving several emails for verification of email, but everytime I click on the link, I get message that it is expired.

Also, if I click on the Help Center link on your portal it immediately redirect to home page.

I have not received a verification email, despite repeatedly clicking on resend. It is not in my Junk Mail folder. I have received promotional emails from upwork, but not my verification email.

 

I am unable to proceed without it and I can see that this is a common problem with lots of  people. What is the solution?

Please help me sir. I'm having the same issue. I tried to change my profile email from my personal email to my business email but would never recieve the verification email. I then deleted the profile and tried to set up a profile using my business email from the get go. Still not receiving the verification email. I have checked spam and every other folder in my Gsuite business email account and still nothing. Please help. 😞
