Hello,

I need to verify my bank account.
The System was asking me to enter 2 Transfer amounts to verify the bank
account.
I had understood that I was going to put 2 values under USD 10,00 and you
would make a transfer to test the account.
Then I understood that I was supposed to put the 2 values I already
received in my account to finalize the verification of the bank account.
As I put 3 x the wrong amount, the system blocked and asked me to contact
support.

I received 2 transfers in my bank account:

1 - 0,02
2 - 0,01

Attached is the document that proves that I received these amounts.

Could you unlock it for me to do the verification correctly?
