Verification problem.

I'm a freelancer and not a client:

I often times get to work with new clients whose payment methods aren't verified beforehand and I have to walk them through the process. However, almost all of them find the verification process stuffy, hard, and redundant. In fact many of my personal clients who I brought over here failed to verify their payment methods and/or their addresses etc. 

Don't we have some easy way to resolve this issue?
