Does anybody know how should I make this video call?
Theres a "to avoid additional restrictions..." note on top of my upwork home page so i click on "here" then it takes me to help center but nothing happens when i click on "chat now", it redirects me to upwork homepage instead.
Upwork has limited any financial transaction for me so I would really appreciate your help.
Could you please try going to this page making sure that you are logged in when you access it. Once logged in, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Verify your Profile" button. This should initiate the verification process. Let us know if you come across any issues.

I tried everything but every time i get redirected to my Upwork home page or "job feed", it doesn't proceed when i hit on "sign in" button from top left corner of the page...

- Kindly use a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer to see if it will persist.
- Try to clear cache on your current browser, please see sample;

You will be directed to “You’ve been logged off” page.
Restart your browser, log in your account and try again.

I followed the given instructions but the problem still persits, I tried clearing browing datas and cookies, using a different browser but no change.
I still get redirected to "my jo feed" no matter what I do.

Already tried to clear cache and also used new browser , but same.
He cant even be able to access this page.
So I am writing this article instead of him.
I would like to solve this problem and live account as soon as possible.
