Verifing Billing method

Hi there, I need a help.

My account was suspended and to open it, asked me to verify my ID verification and Billing statement. the ID verification was acceptable but Billing statement not. because I don't have any bill and about statements, I don't have documents that can be addressed. What can I do then?, Please, help me out...
