It says verification failed after trying to proceed with two small ACH deposits. It is frustrating to not be able to contact human support directly.

I can see that you just recently added the bank account you are referring to on 5-December, UTC. This will go through a manual review, and should the team need to reach out to you, they will contact you directly through an email within 24 to 48 hours.
