Verify ID

I need some help to verfiy my ID.

 

I have some problem

My upwork ID name: Sahab uddin
My NID name: Md.Sahab uddin
I have no utility bill copy right now without internet bill copy

 

So please how can I verify my ID?

Hi Sahab, 

 

In order to complete your ID verification, you'll need to provide your photo ID and a recent billing statement or utility bill that contains your address, name and name and address of the company. It can be a utility bill, a bank statement, Internet or mobile phone bill.

Hello

I'm a newbie on Upwork, have heard about upwork from my friend, so just created an account yesterday.

By the way, he sugget me new freelancers often hold to verify account, and during that all working contracts will be closed.

It's really bad new for me, new freelancer. so I hope to pre verify my account before that accident be occured.

Is it possible to require veify Id without account holding?
If yes, please tell me how can I do that.

I need help verifying my ID.  Mine didn't work either.   

I'm locked out and it says contact support.  But the document is zero help.  Looks like I need an admin to unlock me.

Yes i have!  All it takes me to when I click the link is a support document with NO way to fill out a ticket.

I am a relatively new member to Upwork and I am having the most trouble uploading photos of my state ID in order to become verified. Multiple pictures of my Georgia state ID from both my phone and webcam have not worked despite all of them meeting the requirements. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I get rid of this issue once and for all?

I have read the acceptance criteria. Where should I upload the utility bill or phone bill for location verification?
