You can take the paid Duolingo test ($49) to verify your English, (although your English is, of course, not fluent as claimed) but with all the lies and plagiarism all over your profile I think that is the least of your worries right now.

It is about time Upwork instantly and permanently kicks people off the platform who lie about their location, steal other peoples' profiles and blatantly lie about themselves and their skills and background.
