Hi. I have uploaded my documents days ago. how long it takes for upwork to review them? so I can access website again. it should be 48 hours maximum. mine is 4 days at least. the person who was working on my ticket, also won't answer me.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that the documents you submitted are for the ID Badge. Please follow up on your open ticket from where you'll be able to find the link to our secure page where you can upload your ID and statements to remove the temporary hold on your account.

Hi, thanks. I used the same link to upload my documents. I really don't know what else to do. besides, it's more than a week that I can not use my account. why no one replies my ticket and clarifies that extra actions are required in order to proceed? why should always write here in the community to understand what is wrong? I really don't know what else should I do know. I have uploaded any kinds of documents that needed in the link.
