What is a "rewriter?"

Rewriting is taking an original article and rewriting it to make it 'original' so that it doesn't show on Copyscape (or similar) as being plagiarised.

"Native" means "perfect command with no discernable accent

No Accent? Many English speaking countries have accents...Australia, Britain, Canada, India (Yes English is Native there) Southern USA etc.

So what accent are we supposed to compare it to?

I think you are mixing up "native language" and "official language!"

Whilst Hindi and English are "official" languages in India, (along with about 20 others) 72% speak no English at all, and only 5% are fluent.

someone who spins articles so they can be recycled and used across several different places without copyscape or google finding out.

but what is "word-ly" ??

Anyway, "Native" means "perfect command with no discernable accent

You can verify your English skills to a degree if you take a duoling test. You will get charged for it, I think it's $ 25.00

It won't verify that you really have "PERFECT" command and "NO discernable accent" though

I thought native was the language the person learned from birth.

Talking of 'no-discernable', thought I would add this for a smile...

Someone was looking for someone with a South African English accent to do some translations into Afrikaans, and I had to send them a sample of my accent for both languages as well (everything translated had to be heard as well, for the sake of teaching actors the accents in both languages). I didn't get the job. Apparently, my English doesn't 'sound' South African enough....or whatever their idea of that might be. Apparently my accent is 'too English'....English (still can't figure that one out!) while my Afrikaans is too upper-class. I couldn't win on that one!

Best options to prove that you are a Native English speaker.

1. Try to pass UK & US English language tests. They will be remain on your profile forever.

2. Add your own video in your profile with Native accent.
