Verivication Upwork account & local bank account account

Hi guys, so yesteday when i want to withdraw my balance to my local bank account in upwork, the transaction is failde and i've been told to verification my name in my local bank with my upwork account name. the problem is i don't have last name in my government ID card, it's just first name. when i try to change my name in Upwork account setting i can't proceed more further because the last name box can't be blank. do you guys know the solutions?
