I did my verification interview and feel it's not fair to place the profile on hold while doing such an invasive process; especially if they have already provided their ID, which I did prior to having my account placed on hold. I asked why I was flagged; they advised I was randomly selected, which I don't quite believe. However, nonetheless, I did the interview and was told that I would get an email in a few hours in regards to removing my account hold. Here it is a day later and still nothing! I am an active candidate for a position, and wish to start should I be selected. Can you please remove the hold? This is absurd! Plus, there is no way to create a ticket or contact support. It just keeps directing me here to the community.
