Video Verification Link Doesn't Work

I have been asked to do a video verification. I got a warning on the website asking me to do it, and it comes with the following link: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us?action=verify-profile.

That link does not work, it takes me to this general page https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us

It does not begin the video verification. I don't have any e-mails asking for a verification as well. I checked every single folder, spam and deleted included.

I tried using the link with different browsers, specifically Chrome and Firefox. I deleted cache and cookies in both of them and still nothing. I also tried with my phone, but I'm still unsuccesful.

Can you please help me with my video verification?

I opened ticket #24993779 yesterday but have gotten no help whatsoever.

Note: I don't have a webcam but I can make the video call using my phone

I know it's late to respond here, but perhaps it'll help future visitors. The link you provided works perfectly.

Let the page load completely and a chat box will load. There, you'll be connected to a chat bot, choose appropriate answers there, and it'll connect you to an agent. The agent will carry out your verification process. Just do whatever they say.
