Please don't thank me for my patience. FIX THE PROBLEM. I get sent to useless articles on how to access, but no way of accessing to get this resolved. Provide me a way to get this video call completed. That is all I am asking. I have gone 3 days now unable to submit proposals after 7 years on this platform with no ID issues.
