Video during phone calls

I have had multiple interviews during the last couple of days, and I cannot toggle my camera to "on", so I can see the interviewer but they cannot see me.  How can I correct this problem or can you help me?

Could you please try using another browser or clear your cache and cookies? If you still cannot enable the camera, please let us know so we can check further.
