Video verification on Russian

Hello all,
I am new on Upwork. In my mind, I realised that I don't know for sure If I can pass video verification on Russian when it needed for me. Due to the fact that I am good at writing English but I can't speak well in English. Is it available now to passed video verification with Russian manager of Upwork?
