Virtual Assistant Test Expired?

Hi,

when I click START TEST it says my time has expired, I haven't even started it yet. Can I only take 1 tests per month? Because I just took the Upwork Readiness exam. 

Is this a problem with the server? I saw several posts experiencing the same.
