Visual Verification Issues

I am new to Up work and am directed to do a visual verification and While attempting to initiate the visual verification, I see this message:

"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute"

I have switched browsers (Firefox & Chrome) and even tried using my phone too, but same error keeps repeating.

I would leave it for 15 - 30 minutes and then try, that happens when sending a letter to clients for work sometimes. I leave it for 20 minutes, then send it, and it works fine.
