Good afternoon! I have questions about the commission for financial transactions: I had a scheduled transfer from Upwork's wallet to my bank account. But this operation was unsuccessful, and the money returned. But at the same time I lost $ 60. Why? Really 30 dollars - for transfer, + 30 dollars - for return ???
