I'm from India. For completing the tax information, I've submitted my PAN ID. Does that complete the requirements of W-8BEN? Or is there a separate form for this?

Hi Nirali,

Your Pan ID has nothing to do (apart from being on the same Tax Information page) with W-8BEN form which is used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. For more information, please check this help article.
