Hello, is the below + ticking the tax certificate box enough?

I do not have a Business and I am able to certify the content of the Tax Certificate (I am not based in the US etc..).

If you're working as a freelancer, then you do have a business - you're self-employed. If you mean that you don't have a separate name for your business, then you should put your own name (first and last) in that space.
