I have a company in Brazil.

Can I fill the Legal Name of the W8-BEN as the company name?
Wil the Legal name appears on the invoices? If not, is it possible to put my company name on the invoices?

The Form W-8BEN is a form used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. To provide Upwork with your Form W-8BEN information, please follow the steps below:

• Go Settings › Tax Information
• Provide us with your legal name and address

The name that will reflect on your invoices is the name you provided on Upwork.

I checked with the team, and they have confirmed that you may add your company name on the W-8BEN form if that's what you prefer. The business name will be reflected on your invoice.
