W8BEN Foreign Status Certification disappears when clicked on

Hi there,

On my profile, it says I have to fill in a 'W8BEN Foreign Status Certification' as I'm in the UK. However, when I click on the link, it takes me to my profile and the warning popup has disappeared. I've takena. couple of screenshots before and after the click.

Any ideas?

It's ok. I've maanged to solve it. I jsut put my name as my company name and that's it!
