W9 or a W-8BEN

I was asking about what should I choose a W9 or a W-8BEN form?
I'm from Egypt but there is two forms say different opinions on say all people in the U.S should file form W9 and other one says W-8BEN
I got confused what should I do?

If you are located in Egypt, you should complete the W-8BEN in your tax settings.
