WARNING TO ALL FREELANCERS ABOUT THIS SCAMMER CLIENT: "**Edited for Community Guidelines**"
He only wastes time, he does not pay after the work is completed, he insults the work of the freelancers and also has the courage to leave feedback! Such people should not exist on this platform, these ruin the people who do their job.
This is what happened in summary:
He liquidated me when I completed the job and delivered the files!
The client's request was to reproduce some effects of another website:
- 4 pages that change on mousewheel event;
- some effects on the text when the page is changed;
- url change.
I created a jquery widget from scratch that allows you to add a dynamic number of pages, to create any effect to the text and customize the url. I explained all the features on the "index.html" page (each line is commented) and I also released a mini PDF guide. I've released six different versions of the project but the client still claims that it does not work, despite it works exactly as he had requested. I asked the client to send me some screenshots and to give me information about his operating system and the browser version to try to help him, but he doesn't want to collaborate. I worked day and night to assist the client and it cost me more than expected, answering me with a lot of latency every time. He got the product he wanted and now he's trying not to pay me. I have archived all versions of the application and registered the changes made in the local history on PhpStorm.
He started making nonsensical requests to take time.
Very slow in the answers. Despite the time zone I always responded in a short time (even in the night) while he made me wait 16-18 hours on average (I have all the conversations to try it and the files I worked on for days !!!).
I am a professional with over ten years of experience and he is the worst scammer I have ever met. He is defaming me, I DON'T RECCOMENDED HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
