WEBSITE ISSUE: Unable to complete profile - Chrome, Firefox, Edge

I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and I'm unable to complete my profile.  In the case of Chrome & Edge, the next/back buttons are not working even though I've completed the current step.  In the case of Firefox, the dropdown options are not appearing even though I've started typing my response in the field.
