I am having the exact same problem. I was working on the same job for about a year so I didn't need to apply for more. Now, when I'm done with the previous one, I find the same message over and over again as I apply for different jobs.
It's so frustrating.
I'm having the same issue. I am assuming this is a bug, as I can't imagine that we wouldn't have4 been told about having to upgrade to an agency membership before it was rolled out. Oh, wait...yeah...I can imagine that after all...
They need to start making money!!!!!

me...I have NO optimism left. I am so beyond frustrated, I cannot even begin to put it into words....and if I let it rip on here...all the kool aide drinkers will do is delete it.
