Customer is requesting a refund (which is unfair ) so, ideally, I would not refund. 

> What happens to my account if I reply negatively to the refund request?

If I accept to refund the client can they still leave feedback?

Hello Celine, sorry to hear that you are dealing with such client.

- If you agreed to refund him (Fully), he would still be able to give you Private Feedback [which has the greatest impact on your JSS/Profile].

- If you agreed to refund him (Partially), he would still be able to give you both Public + Private Feedback.

- If you disagreed to refund him, A dispute would be initiated and One of Upwork's team will reach out to both of you and the client.
