WITHDRAWAL IS CONTINHOUSLY REJECTED

I am a freelancer and I had withdrew money from upwork many times using “Direct to Local bank” method to my LLP company  current account suddenly this month September 2020; my withdrawal was rejected due to “name mismatch”. After waiting 8 business days I updated all my information and upwork showed me a notification that “my account is activated”. After that I again applied for a withdrawal on September 18th 2020, I haven’t received the amount yet. What could be the problem?

I have given my name  on the “Name on Account” and my company name on the “First and  last Name”. I own this account and I am the First Partner. Can anyone from upwork check my account details and help me to sort this problem?

Hi Sivabalan,

 

I'm sorry to hear about your withdrawal issues and delays. I checked the transaction and can confirm that it was successful from our end. In order for our team to issue a trace for the transaction, 8 business days need to pass. In your case, that should be October 1st. Feel free to check out this help article for more information on the Direct to Local bank fees and timings.

Dear Mr.Aleksandar,

As I have mentioned on my question , I have already waited for 8 business days, and this is the second time its happening after I updated my information, I need guidance to sort this issue, after 8 business days will this issue be automatically sorted??? I need to know what is exactly stopping my withdrawal so that I can fix it. Thanks in advance.
