Waiting for New Milestone/Ghosted by client

I did some work for a client. I have been waiting for  a new milestone for the remainder of the work, however, client has ghosted me. I have reached out several times with no response.

How do I get the job closed and get payment?

To get payment was prefunded use "submit milestone" option. You will be paid after 14 days. Then close contract yourself or leave it as-is.
