Hi,

I have carefully read the article about Becoming a Rising Talent & have fulfilled everything I could including passing the Upwork readiness test with full marks. How do I become a part of the Rising Talent Program? 

Are there any other steps to be taken?

Congrats on completing the Upwork Readiness test. Once you meet all the requirements for the Rising Talent program, you should receive the badge within 48 hours.
