        I want to buy some connects but the option of connects currently not visible to me. Why?

           I have not seen any option to visible my profile to users. Why? I want to change my visibility from upwork users to public profile visibility.

Hi Umar,

Since you`re an exclusive member of the agency you can only use the Connects from the agency so that you can apply on jobs. 

Regarding your hourly rate and visibility, you can ask the agency owner to update them from their end. If you would like to send proposals from your freelancer profile, the agency owner will need to change your status to non-exclusive member. Thank you.
