The reason why you and the other agency contractors have different Job Success Scores is because all of you are non-exclusive members of your agency. It means that you Job Success Scores only shows your individual score, which is based on jobs that you directly hired for.
The agency's Job Success Score is based on the outcome of contracts that the agency was hired for.
You new agency's Job Successs Score will be dependent on the new contracts that you acquire under the agency. Hence, you will only get an agency Job Success Score if you have enough contracts that can be considered in the calculation.
Hello Avery, thank you so much for your response.
So you mean that we'll not have any agency score in the start, if we create a new agency from scratch? Because, I thought that maybe the combined scores of Individual freelancers' JSS determines the agency's score, is it not like that?
Yes your correct, your new agency will not have any JSS at the start. As Avery said below you need to win contracts from that agency and the outcome will be calculated in the JSS.
