Want to make my paypal and bank account active

I have added my paypal and bank account in upwork.

It is showing inactive. Let me know how to make it active.

If I receive a money then will this inactive account transfer the money to my bank account?

Please guide me.

They take 3 days to become active

You have to have your tax info completed.
